Diana Carrasco is a fifteen-year seasoned marketing and sales professional in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. She is a proud graduate of The University of Maryland, UMGC – where she attained a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Her expertise ranges from radio broadcasting and operations, strategic marketing, and transaction management services to her clients, specializing in all facets of the real estate business. She is currently licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV). Her mission and passion focus on devotion to the customer. She has built her Marketing & Real Estate business with principles that incorporate listening and understanding the client’s needs, treating clients with the upmost respect; easing-up the sale and purchase process by providing accurate and prompt information; sustaining open communication with clients; and observing ethical standards while incorporating due diligence and social responsibility. Diana has leveraged her broadcasting marketing savvy in the real estate market in the DMV by helping clients with innovative and creative ideas and marketing strategies that empower and enhance sales results. In 2017, she launched a weekly LIVE Radio show “Invirtiendo en su Futuro” (Investing in your Future), and in 2022 she launched “Creando BIENES con Buenas RAICES” (Creating Real Estate) serving as host and producer focused on informing and educating the Hispanic community about real estate investment, personal finances, credit management, and overall generational wealth creation. Her show airs every Sunday at 9:30AM in WLZL 107.9FM. For a fourth-consecutive-year (2019-2023) Diana was awarded for her real estate performance and individual sales volume. She has also received the Pathway Award (2022-2024) for her outstanding contribution to underserved communities, by the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors® (GCAAR); an honorary distinction recognizing “The Best” in the industry out of 12,000 association members in the Washington, D.C region. Diana strongly believes in giving back to the community, and for the past few years she has been an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, NAHREP® -a nonprofit organization that promotes sustainable homeownership, professional development, and wealth creation- for the Hispanic community. Since 2019, she has served in the DC Chapter as a Board Director. In 2023 she served as the president of NAHREP DC® . Before moving to the US, in her native Paraguay, she also completed three years of Law School. At age 22 she became a published author and her first edition of “Desnudando el Alma” (Undressing the soul) sold out in the first year. She later co-authored a series of two other books, “La Generación de los 90”, (The 90’s Generation) that compiled a collection of poetry.
